DIY Pointillism Easter Eggs #DIYEasterEggs

Want  to try a new way to decorate eggs with the kids for Easters?  Why not go with a pointillism approach on some craft eggs that you can use year and year in the baskets and to decorate the house!

The technique we used was just to make dots on the eggs with  Sharpie markers and stickers.  Once I did one egg to show the kids how to get started, they were having their own fun creating their masterpieces!   The best part of all it was mess free!  Now egg dyes to clean up!

Supplies You Need:

• White Craft Eggs  (I found a 12 pack of solid craft white eggs at Meijer for $3.99 and then a 12 pack of white craft eggs that open a Five Below for $2)
• Letter Stickers ( I found these at Hooby Lobby)
• Other fund sticker shapes
• Sharpie Markers

Instructions:

Step 1: Put letter stickers on your eggs.

Step 2:  Add dots around edge of the stickers. Build up the dots around the stickers and have fewer dots as you get to the edges.

Step 3:  You can add a lighter color of dots or a totally different color around the dots you just placed on the egg

Step 4:  Let dry for a minute or two and then carefully pull off the sticker to show the white letter or shape!

You really can't go wrong or make a mistake with these super cute Easter Eggs.
