The first thing that impressed me about the LS1X is how lightweight the headset is and how easy it is to adjust to my head. After trying out the LS1X during gameplay (i.e. Fortnite), I couldn't believe how much clearer the voice and chat feature sounded. The LS1X had only one headphone speaker which I found to be essential so I could use my TV speakers/subwoofer without sacrificing sound quality. A quality headset is not just based on the headphone speaker, but also the microphone. The adjustable microphone can be positioned to the user’s comfort level. Not only is the microphone adjustable it actually stays in place! Many headsets have the volume and mute controls located in an inconvenient spot and not user friendly. That is not the case with the LS1X. There is a clear mute indicator on the microphone that turns red when you press the outside of the headset speaker. To control the volume all you have to do is simply twist the dial that surrounds the outside of the headset speaker. By twisting the dial to the right or left raises or lowers the speaker's volume with ease.
