I honestly was not familiar with this storyline prior to watching this movie. I was used to the other Batman/Robin theme in the movie that was out a number of years ago. According to my husband, this was based off the graphic novel and follow the Court of Owls and their secret society! I learn something new all the time! It was an interesting watch for me, as honestly I had not preconceived notions of how it should be and was it staying true to the graphic novel, etc. It was truly action packed and a great movie. My son and hubby especially enjoyed it and I loved the character development and how Batman and Robin interacted as father/son, mentor/protégé. A great addition to any Batman fan's collection!
