My thoughts on a few of the films in this collection:
Safe Haven:   I was pleasantly surprised that this was one of those films that really did attempt to follow the book!   Of course there are a few things that are different, but it is expected!

If you are looking for a great chic-flick to curl up to, then this is your movie.  It has romance, drama and bits of comedy intertwined. Without giving to much away the story follows Katie, who is trying to escape an abusive relationship and start a new life when she meets Alex.  Alex himself is trying to still come to terms with the loss of his wife and raising two kids alone.     Sparks fly between the two, but then things take a turn for the worse when someone from Katie's past comes back.  You will need to check out the film to find out more!

The Notebook:   My by far favorite Nicholas Sparks book.  The movie is just as wonderful, the ending is a little different than the book, but it works.  A story of true love that transcends time.  I think after this book and movie came out, that most women longed for a man who loves as deeply as Noah! Love that knows no boundaries, economic class, family objection, etc.

Get the tissue box ready, you can not watch a Nicholas Spark movie with out getting teary eyed!
