These are super easy to prepare and taste delicious. This time around we tried out the Chicken Fajitas!  Even though it states a meal for two, we were able to feed all four of us, by making it a complete meal.  We added rice, re-fried beans, chips and guac, etc.    The Chicken Fajitas are full of seasoned chicken and fresh roasted onions and bell peppers.  They come together in a sizzling medley of flavor. Pair it with warm tortillas, make it into quesadillas or  add it to  the top of a salad!  You will have a great Mexican meal at home in a matter of minutes without leaving the house! 

Many times frozen meals are made for convenience and not necessarily the taste.  That is not the case with these!  We have tried three varieties so far and I am in love with all of them.  The enchiladas had a slight kick to them and even more it seemed on day two. Serve up with some shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream and bring the authentic taste right to your table top!   Can not wait to try more!
