These are super easy to prepare and taste delicious delicious. We were completely satisfied with our decision to go with the chicken and beef enchiladas.  We had them for dinner and then the next day, my daughter and I ate the leftovers for lunch.  Yes, even my kids, who are 6 and 8 loved these entrees! 

Many times frozen meals are made for convenience and not necessarily the taste.  The are made with  authentic corn ‒ not flour ‒ tortillas wrapped around mouthwateringly seasoned beef and shredded chicken. They are topped with  flavorful ancho chile sauce sprinkled with fresh shredded Monterey Jack cheese that comes hot and bubbling straight out of your oven. The enchiladas had a slight kick to them and even more it seemed on day two. Serve up with some shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream and bring the authentic taste right to your table top! Make sure to add some  rice and their refried beans for a complete Mexican meal at home
