It is very filling and it you are watching your weight, it only counts for 4 points. The Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal is my favorite. Maple flavored steel cut and rolled oats topped with raisins, cranberries and granola, with other natural flavors. It makes your mouth come alive with all the flavors! It is so good and reminds me of a certain fast food/coffee house fruit and maple oatmeal.
