Duracell Quantum Battery #GIVEAWAY #SP

Duracell Quantum  is the world's most advanced alkaline battery. No other battery lasts longer! This summer, Duracell made a donation of 1 million of these powerful new batteries to first responders across the country because they need it to most to protect our families and communities.

To celebrate amazing work of first responder Duracell also developed a documentary-style series called Quantum Heroes - which is hosted by country music star Tim McGraw.  The series shares previously untold stories of bravery, heroism and sacrifice of first responders.

  4. Wow! As soon as I saw that officer coming down the ladder breathing life into that baby, I thought I was gonna lose it. As a mother to a two and a half month old, that is scary! I am so thankful for first responders who do whatever it takes to help those in need. Kudos to Duracell for recognizing those brave souls and helping them do their jobs. I loved the part where the heroes were reunited with Chelsea - what an awesome moment that must have been!

  6. That was so touching! The video clips they showed of rescuing the baby gave me chills. Such a short video and I was almost in tears. I could not imagine what it would be like to go through something as devastating as a fire and lose my home and almost lose my baby. Thank you, to all the men and women that do things like this every day and save lives every day.

  8. The moment I saw baby Chelsea come out of that window I lost it. Tears rolling down my face lost it. As a mom, I can not imagine either of my young children in that situation and experiencing the fear that you are going to loose them. The men and woman that call themselves police officers, firemen, volunteer firemen, and paramedics are our saving graces in this world. They put their lives on the line for us every day. Without fail. Seeing the fireman and fire woman save Chelsea was amazing. Laura's deep sadness at the idea of ever having to call time of death on a child and then her excitement when Chelsea took a breath and started crying was so raw and real. And then to see this child 12 years later as a teen, living and well....that brought more tears. You could see how much that little girl meant to her dad, and how much of an impact she had on those firemans lives and their mission to help in these dire situations. That was truly an inspiring video. I can see why Duracell is giving away these batteries. The tool they showed for finding people in smokey fires is a life saver. Without good, full batteries, it could be the difference between life and death.
