This past week we took the kids to their first hockey game and they loved it. It was also dollar dog and soda night, so that just added to the excitement. There is something about sports and dollar dog night! Silly me, did not even think and went in my work clothes. The Q was transformed into a big ice rink, so of course it was cold in there! Good thing the game was so exciting, that I kept warm jumping up and down, etc!
At EVERY Cavs, Lake Erie Monsters and Cleveland Gladiators game they offer
free face painting, hair painting and sign making for kids and families.
Make it a family fun night! The cheerleaders are also on hand prior to the game for photo opps and autographs! Be entertained by the Mullet Brothers and also be prepared for a fight or two to break out during the game!
A Lake Erie Monster Game is definitely an experience not to miss out on! There are still plenty of games, so check them out!

Wow, that's a fun name for the team/mascot! I'm not a hockey enthusiast (though I should be) and I remember going to a local game and I had a blast! It looks like your family had a great time as well! There's just something about sitting with concession food and drinks and watching the players zoom around on the ice rink! It really got me pumped up and into the game, so I can definitely relate to your comment about keeping warm by jumping! I'm sure it was fun for your kids! Thanks for sharing!
