If you are a Sci-fi/fantasy/pop-culture geek or married to one, then you have to check out Her Universe! We are taking a trip to Disney next month and will experience our first Star Wars weekend! Of course in a family of geeks, everyone already had numerous Star Wars shirts... but me. That is where Her Universe came in!
Her Universe is the vision of Ashley Eckstein, actress and voice of
Ahsoka Tano in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Together with her partner, The
Araca Group, they founded Her Universe to create merchandise for female
sci-fi fans. Her Universe is a place for fangirls to step into the
spotlight and be heard, recognized and rewarded. Female sci-fi fans are
growing in numbers and have largely gone unnoticed until now. Hoping to
change the perception that science fiction and fantasy is not just for
the boys, Her Universe has joined forces with some of the biggest names
in sci-fi/fantasy/pop-culture entertainment to create merchandise
exclusively for female fans. Her Universe is making fangirls "geek chic"
from head to toe!
I chose the Star Wars Outline Burnout Tee. Putting their own Her Universe twist on a classic Star Wars tee, they burned out
the outline of the Star Wars logo to create this soft design. This shirt
is so soft that you will not want to take it off! Cotton and Polyester
blend heather plum tee. Slim fitted style tee. Exclusive Star Wars by
Her Universe logo on the back.
This is a super soft shirt, although the weather is still chilly out, I wanted to wear my new top. I paired it with a long sleeve white shirt and got nothing but compliments. It is super soft, light weight and just too cute. It is the perfect Star Wars shirt! I can not wait to purchase more shirts from Her Universe! They have so many great options for ladies and girls! We can look cute and geeky at the same time!
