Tomorrow: Fabulous Food Show Tickets On Sale at 10am

Savor the Season at the Fabulous Food Show!

By now, this has become a holiday tradition. The 7th annual Fabulous Food Show, presented by Time Warner Cable, returns to the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio, November 9-11, 2012, as the premier culinary consumer celebration in the nation! The timing couldn’t be better, with the holiday season and family gatherings right around the corner! Tickets can be purchased online starting at 10am August 10, 2012, at www.fabulousfoodshow.com, featuring an impressive line-up of celebrity chefs: Cleveland’s own Michael Symon, Guy Fieri, Anne Burrell, “Sandwich King” Jeff Mauro, legendary French master chef Jacques Pépin and many more! New this year, general admission tickets include access to all celebrity chef demonstrations.

Also new this year is the full integration of the By Hand Fine Art & Craft Fair. The event has been co-located with the Fabulous Food Show since 2005, and the I-X Center formally acquired this juried art show in 2011. The floor plan has been adjusted to incorporate both events seamlessly for a complete art and food cultural experience!

“With our enhanced floor plan, guests can taste, try and buy their way through exceptional vendors in the Market Place; sample from hundreds of fine wines, craft beers and spirits in the Grand Tasting Pavilion; and enjoy over 100 live cutting edge culinary demonstrations, across eight different stages, in just three days!” said director of events Jeremy Levine.  “Without raising ticket prices, we’ve created even more value by including access to ALL celebrity chef performances with each admission, and access to hundreds of additional unique exhibits in the By Hand Fine Art & Craft Fair.”

The Main Kitchen Theatre, presented by Sub-Zero/ Wolf, brings on the excitement with serious celebrity star power! Michael Symon reigns supreme in his hometown arena boasting multiple shows on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and ABC’s daytime hit He’s traveled to thousands of diners, hosted a food “rock show” tour and recently battled Rachel Ray on Food Network’s Rachel vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off. The slightly unconventional and always entertaining Guy Fieri will rev up the Fabulous Food Show crowds while sharing great culinary tips for your holiday recipes!

As co-host of Worst Cooks in America and host of Chef Wanted, Anne Burrell has shown she can take on a challenge! Her bold, no-nonsense approach to cooking will inspire home cooks to get out of their comfort zone and create that “wow factor” for their next dish.

More Chefs Debut in 2012

New faces will be making their way to the Fabulous Food Show this year! Sandwich King host Jeff Mauro brings his love of loaves to Cleveland. The season 7 winner of the Next Food Network Star, Mauro has proven that any meal can be made into handheld happiness!

Jacques Pépin has built a culinary dynasty around French cuisine. Pépin’s lastest cooking show, Essential Pépin, recently earned the International Association of Culinary Professional’s award for a TV series. Pépin and his daughter, Claudine Pépin, will be in the Main Kitchen Theatre offering an international twist for American palates.

An early veteran of the food television, Sara Moulton has been a staple of the culinary industry. Her experience includes working alongside Julia Child, writing numerous cookbooks, and resident food editor on Good Morning America. Moulton has a knack for making simple, flavorful dishes that are also healthy for the budget.

Mary Ann Esposito
is the matriarch of Italian cooking. Her show, Ciao Italia, is the longest- running cooking show on television, boosting 23 seasons on the air. Esposito will feature traditional Italian dishes in the Culinary Celebration Theatre, inspiring ideas for authentic family meals
