I was recently sent some Colman mustard to review.  I have never tried a powdered mustard and was pleased.  It is a great mustard to use in recipes and to make your own variations of mustard!  It adds an extra boost of flavor, once you start cooking with Colman, you won't stop.  It will be a staple in your house, like salt and pepper!   As for the prepared mustard, it will change the way you look at your lunch meat sandwich.  Even my seven year old daughter asks for it on her sandwiches!

Colman’s Easy Lemon and Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 T. salted butter
3 T. fresh lemon juice
3 T. Colman’s Original Prepared Mustard
1 tsp. tarragon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Melt butter and mix with lemon juice, mustard, and tarragon. Pour over chicken and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with your favorite vegetable, rice or pasta dish.

Serves 6.

Tip: If the lemon juice, mustard, and tarragon flavor is too spicy for young children, add some honey to tone down the heat but keep all of the flavor.
