Sign up or log into your Papa John's rewards and enter the code HS0XSC9HWW into their Promo Code box on the "special offers" page to earn 25 rewards points.

After I entered the codes, it asked me to redeem, clicked it and then I went to my Papa John's Reward page to see the points in there!  That's enough for a free pizza!
