War Horse is an amazing story of friendship and adventure. Due to some scenes in the movie, I would not let my 4 and 6 year old see the movie. My nephew is 11 and read the book and was super excited to see the movie! He loved it! Unfortunately while I was at the hair dresser a little old lady was taking super loudly about every movie she had recently seen and gave away the movie for me, that did not stop me from wanting to see it! This is a very emotional film, so prepare yourself and have a box or two of tissues handy.
