I don't know about you, but I need my coffee fix in the morning.  I have my coffee pot set, so when I get up it is ready for me.  I love dark roasts, the smell, the taste, the texture.  So when I received the Cielo - The Sky [ Medium Roast ], I was not sure what to expect.  This morning, I had my first cup of it and was amazed by its smooth taste and texture!   I immediately poured some into my travel mug for the car!  I can't wait to check out the other roasts they have to offer!
