Have you heard about the class action Reebok settlement?
If you purchased certain Reebok toning shoes and/or apparel* from December 5, 2008 through October 12, 2011, then you may be eligible to receive payment from a class action settlement. The lawsuit alleges that Reebok violated certain state laws regarding the marketing and sale of toning shoes and apparel. Reebok denies all wrongdoing. The Court did not decide which side was right. Instead, the parties have decided to settle. Below you will find the eligible items listed in the settlement:
*Eligible Shoes: Easy Tone, RunTone, JumpTone, SlimTone, EasyTone Flip, TrainTone, and SimplyTone
*Eligible Apparel: EasyTone Capri, EasyTone Shorts, EasyTone Sleeveless Shirt, EasyTone Pants, EasyTone Long Bra Top and EasyTone Short Sleeve Top
*Toll free number also for more information: 1-888-398-5389
Please see the Press Release for full details:
What love about Reebok EasyTone shoes and apparel is how cute they are. A lot of work out apparel and shoes are about function only. Not EasyTones, you can look cute while working out! The ReeNew are my favorite, I love the orange and white design! Reebok EasyTone shoes feature these neat air pods in the sole of the shoe. They are like a balance ball and as you walk they help to establish your body’s equilibrium and keep you balanced. Such a neat concept! Very comfy shoes, and can feel these shoes work my leg muscles as I walk or chase after the kids.
The easy tone pants are too cute on, the flared leg adds cuteness to the workout routine! They are great for high-performance exercise, but also great for everyday wear. I don't feel bad about putting these pants on for a quick trip to the store! Unlike a pair of compression pants that I own that show every imperfection, I did not notice that with these pants!
