If you have not seen the series, or a fan of the series, I highly suggest picking up the box set if you are looking for an action packed series. This is a show I DVR ever week! The Nikita series focuses on Nikita played Maggie Q, a woman who escaped from a secret government-funded organization known as Division and has plans to bring down the organization from the inside!
There have been several moments throughout the show that Nikita has been judged solely on her looks, which is a huge mistake! Nikita is a beautiful, petite woman and that throws people! Have you ever been in a situation where someone has judged you based on what you looked like? I know that has happened to me before. I am a blond haired woman and have issues when I have gone into the hardware store and the men acting like they needed to help the little lady. Many times they were shocked when they found out I knew what I was looking for! We should never judge people solely on looks. Who knows, you could be a petite kick butting female, a genius, a skilled chef, etc. Looks don't define the person!
Pick up Season 1 on DVD before Season 2 starts this September! You could have Nikita Marathon and get all caught up and prepared for the next season.
