March Madness Munchies!
Whether you’re a hardcore basketball fan or just excited for the start of spring, check out these ideas for a March Madness party! Cheesy Corn and Chicken Tostadas? Southwestern Turkey Chili? They’re great, no-fail menu items for entertaining, especially if you want to save some money and impress your guests. What are you waiting for?—call up your friends and family to watch some good old-fashioned college hoops this weekend!


Cheesy Corn and Chicken Tostada

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients
4 tostada shells or tortilla chips
6 oz. (1-1/4 cups) cooked chicken strips
1 cup salsa or taco sauce
1 can (11 oz.) Del Monte Summer Crisp® Whole Kernel Vacuum Packed Golden Sweet Corn, drained
Shredded lettuce, to taste
Shredded Cheddar cheese, to taste
Sour cream, salsa, guacamole (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Meanwhile, combine chicken, salsa and corn in medium saucepan. Heat through.
3. On large ovenproof serving dish, layer lettuce, cheese and corn mixture on tostada shells or over tortilla chips.
4. Place dish in the oven and bake until cheese has melted, about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole if desired.


Southwestern Turkey Chili

Prep Time: 3 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 4 to 6

Ingredients:
3/4 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes
2 cans (8 oz. each) Del Monte® Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) low-salt kidney beans, drained
Optional ingredients: Cheddar cheese, Lime wedges, light sour cream and cilantro

Directions:
1. Cook turkey with onion in a large skillet over medium heat, 5 minutes.
2. Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, corn and beans.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese, lime wedges and top with light sour cream
and chopped cilantro, if desired.

*Tip: Watching your sodium intake? Use Del Monte® 50% Less Salt Whole Kernel Corn 
or Del Monte® No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn, Del Monte® No Salt Added Diced
Tomatoes and Del Monte® No Salt Added Tomato Sauce.
