Recommendation Index-win a $200 gift card!

Zócalo Group, recently launched a new study about reward programs and how consumers recommend them. A surprising trend they  found is that consumers don’t necessarily prefer the most popular programs or those that garner the biggest reward, but rather those that offer everyday value, such as the programs for Rite Aid, Chase bank and CVS.  

To celebrate the launch of this Recommendation Index, they are giving away a $200 gift card from one of their top ten merchants to one lucky winner!

To enter, they are asking participants to tell them about the best reward they’ve ever received from a customer rewards program. Was it a free flight? A birthday discount? A handwritten letter from the company's CEO?
