I am not too Squared to review of Squaredy Cats

Squaredy Cats were invented by the husband and wife toy design team Kurt Marquart and Elaine de la Mata, aka Monkey Doodle Dandy. Each fun and whimsical Squaredy Cats character makes a personal statement of self-expression through assertive declarations of pride.



Squaredy Cats has been quietly building online since 2009 and their fan base is clamoring  for more! There are over 300 different Squaredy Cats designed by Monkey Doodle Dandy and more than 200 fan-made pictures, they are ready to hug a real plush Squaredy Cat.

GUND is releasing the first series of eight cats (available to retailers February 15), and are already
hard at work developing more with Kurt and Elaine!

I am in love with the Squaredy Cats.  We received Gigi, who is not squared to dance!  At first glance you would not think this square little fur ball would be soft, but let me tell you she is extremely soft.  My daughter has this weird little way that she strokes/pets her stuffed animals and she immediately started on Gigi's head.

Not only are they cute and soft, they all have such cute sayings on them that offer fun and whimsical statements of courage and pride. Like:  "Not squared to act silly", "Not squared of the dark", etc. This will be available at Toys R Us as well as specialty toy stores nationwide.  Not only are these cute for your little ones, but also for your older kids, friends, etc.   Cheeri who is "not squared not to show spirit" would be cute for a cheerleader!   I can not wait to find these in the stores, I want to get more, um... I mean I want to get my kids more!
