The limit is one free meter per customer and is available only to those living in
the US. The meter must be for personal use only. The upgrade meter can not be sold
nor shall you seek any payment from a third party payor. Product will be shipped
within 3 to 7 days, however, please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
